Barry Bloomer scored a hat-trick for Dundela in their comfortable 4-1 victory over Abbey Villa in the fourth round of the Steel & Sons Cup on Saturday.
    Marc Roy opened the scoring following a neat 1-2 with Craig McCracken and slotted home from 15-yards. Steven Gourley,bossing the midfield,added height to the Dundela side and broke up any threat from the home side. Kyle Alexander, back in the side at sweeper added steel to the back-4.
    In the second half Bloomer started brightly and put the Duns 2-up after a great through ball, and then quickly added a second from a Marc Roy pass. Bloomer again completed his hat-trick following a great pass between defenders from McCracken. Villa pulled one back from what looked like an offside position but it was too little too late for the home side.
