Daryl Fordyce on 18 minutes. The 19-year-old Berry cut in and caused a good save from Paul Hughes. Phil Carson had an effort for the Glens before Barry Bloomer was sent through one on one, only for Morris to get to the loose ball first.
    Glentoran doubled their lead on 35 minutes through a superb free kick from Gary Hamilton again. From 25 yards. The ball was hit high over 'keeper Hughes head, hit the bar and came back down into the net, deflecting off his back.

     The main event in the second period was injurys to Dundela's Paul Hughes and Glentoran's Johnny Taylor. The two collided heads whilst climbing up for a cross. Taylor is suspected to have broken his cheakbone/Jaw, while Hughes bruised his ribs. Ex-Dundela players Matthew Burrows came on along with James Taylor, he appearence in the Glens goal.A decent crowd enjoyed sunny weather & some good football.

Dundela entertain Orangefield Old Boys on Tuesday 5th August. It will give The Manager a last look at the team before The IFA Interim league kicks off on Saturday. Kick-Off at Wilgar Park is 7.00pm. We should hopefully have highlights, photos and a match report online between Wednesday-Thursday.

Dundela were beaten 2-0 by fellow East Belfast team Glentoran on Saturday. 

    The Glens, playing their last game before the start of the new IFA Premiership on Saturday, took the lead with only 2 minutes on the clock. Dundela 'keeper Paul Hughes collected a back-pass by Jackie Kerr, resulting in an indirect freekick. Halliday layed off to Hamilton, who blasted his shot past the advancing wall on the line.
