SIROCCO WORKS VS. DUNDELA
Pre-Sesaon Friendly - Billy Neill

Dundela came from two goals down on Tuesday night to draw 2-2 with Sirocco Works, a repeat of last years result.

Former Duns man Paul Mannus gave sirocco the lead after just five minutes. He hit a powerful shot into the bottom corner of Dundela's goal from about 25 yards, giving 'keeper Paul Hughes no chance. Sirocco doubled their lead .5minutes later after a bit of hesitation in the Duns defence.
The Duns created their best chance in the first half so far, Scott Hill was on the end of a Jackie Kerr cross and brought a great save to deny his powerful shot.
Dundela finally pulled one back, through Hill. He cut in from the left wing, and hammered past Sirocco's shot stopper into the top corner of the net.

The second half started with an immediate goal. The ball was played into the box and Tommy Parker tapped past the goalkeeper.
Dundela created most chances after that, the best was probably Willie McIlroys one-on-one with Sirocco's 'keeper. He was played through by Jackie Kerr and tried to touch the ball round the 'keeper, although he stood his ground and got a strong hand to the loose ball.
